Polo partners with Grailed to celebrate the launch of the limited edition Polo Sport Denim & Silver. The collaboration will find a number of vintage Polo Sport pieces available exclusively through Grailed and the POLO app.
Speaking of the joint effort, Grailed’s Lawrence Schlossman said Complex, “Much of the current fashion situation is clearly inspired by the revolutionary sportswear and fashion narrative pioneered by Polo Sport. Both through the relaunch itself and through a selection of vintage Polo Sport pieces sourced from our community, Grailed continues our mission of fusing the past and the present to help create the future of menswear. “
Conversely, Ralph Lauren is also eagerly awaiting its partnership with Grailed. “We’re also excited to partner with Grailed to offer an exclusive collection of vintage pieces that have been curated by them and authenticated by us,” added John Wrazej, Executive Vice President and Creative Director of Ralph Lauren for Men. “This is just the latest example of how the POLO app has been a powerful catalyst for us, bringing our fans into the conversation and engaging in the culture in general.”
The collaboration between Polo Sport and Grailed is largely focused around the POLO app. Starting May 16, members of the POLO app can enter for a chance to witness the vintage merchandise reveal at the Polo Prince Street store in SoHo. In addition, 12 pieces of Grailed Vintage Polo Sport and Polo will be available on the POLO application from May 30, the same day the limited edition Polo Sport Denim & Silver collection is released.
