PrettyLittleThing launches its very first vintage collection with Indiyah from Love Island

Following the announcement of Love Island finalist Indiyah Polack as the face of pretty little thingPLT Marketplace’s resale app, the brand launched its first-ever vintage collection of 108 hand-picked pieces.

Every piece in the PrettyLittleThing x Indiyah Marketplace collection comes from vintage clothing company Glass Onion Vintage. Polack traveled to their South Yorkshire warehouse to browse their extensive vintage offering and select all items by hand.

There are oversized band tees, leather trench coats and bomber jackets, motocross biker jackets and reworked denim, as well as pieces that have been customized by the reality TV star.

Mini-dresses were transformed into “playful ensembles perfect for the party season”, and baggy sweatshirts were transformed into oversized cropped tops. Prices for the collection range from £10 to £100.

An edition tailored to #EveryBODYinPLT, the collection also includes menswear styles that include reworked mustard yellow vests, slogan sportswear, varsity jackets and cargo pants.

While curating her edit, Indiyah said, “I had a great time researching some amazing pieces for my Marketplace store. The Glass Onion team was amazing and I felt like a kid in a candy store visiting their warehouse. I couldn’t believe how huge their vintage offering was and it was so much fun to release pieces that I know my fanbase will love.

“It’s such a different type of campaign for me and I’ve reworked so many pieces from the collection to feel a lot more ‘me’. It’s unlike anything PLT has ever done before, so I’m glad to see the reaction.
